Advocacy is everywhere at the 2024 Together We Can Conference. Together We Can is a one-of-a-kind, statewide conference tailored to people with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who support them. Connect with over 300 families and professionals in one day.
This year's Keynote Speaker is Lisa Heddens. Lisa's advocacy journey started after the birth of her son, Paul. In her empowering session, Lisa shares some of the lessons she learned throughout her journey from parent advocate to 19-year, veteran policymaker. Her examples encourage audience members to take meaningful action themselves - whether that is learning how to share their own stories to impact change, or by creating partnerships that result in better lives for people with disabilities
Costs are FREE to families + self-advocates + only $25 for professionals. Cost includes lunch + all print materials. Childcare is $25/per child.
